How much does a cleaner cost in Al Safa?
Regular hourly cleaning with Pine Fresh is a flat AED 35 an hour, however many hours you book, using your own cleaning equipment. If you'd like us to bring ours, add AED 5 an hour. A one-off clean is AED 40 an hour. A one-off clean of a studio or 1-bed usually comes to about AED 80 to 120. A one-off clean of a 3-bed villa usually comes to about AED 240 to 320. The rates are the same in every Al Safa home, and every visit has a 2-hour minimum.
Do you cover Al Safa 1 and Al Safa 2?
Do you clean large villas?
Yes. Large villas usually suit a weekly plan of four or five longer visits, all at the same AED 35 an hour. A one-off clean of a 5-bed villa usually takes 8 hours or more, so we send two cleaners and confirm the hours once we know your home.
Can you cover while our live-in helper is on leave?
Yes. Many Al Safa families book us for a few weeks of regular visits while their helper is on annual leave. Tell us the dates and we'll keep the same cleaner on the same days until they're back.
Are your cleaners fine with pets?
Yes. Plenty of Al Safa homes have dogs and cats, and we clear pet hair from floors, sofas and rugs as part of your visit. Tell us about your pets when you book, and whether you'd like them kept in another room while we clean.
Does my compound need to approve the cleaner?
Most gated compounds ask visitors to sign in at the gate, and a few ask for the resident to call ahead. Tell us your compound when you book, and we'll follow its rules and send your cleaner's name in advance.
Do you clean gardens, pools or outdoor areas?
We sweep and mop patios, terraces and outdoor kitchens and wipe garden furniture as part of your visit. We don't do gardening or pool cleaning.
Can you clean my villa before I move in?
Yes. A one-off move-in clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes and every floor before you unpack. A 3-bed villa usually takes about 6 to 8 hours, and an empty villa is quicker to clean than a furnished one.
Is it legal to book a part-time maid in Al Safa?
Yes, as long as the cleaner works for a licensed company. Hiring someone on a freelance, visit or "own" visa is illegal in the UAE, and households can face heavy fines. Pine Fresh cleaners are employed by our licensed company, so you're simply booking a service.
Do you bring cleaning materials and equipment?
It's your choice. On regular hourly plans we use your own cleaning equipment at AED 35 an hour, or bring ours for an extra AED 5 an hour (AED 40 an hour in total). Tell us which you'd like when you book.
