Pine Fresh Cleaning Services L.L.C (“Pine Fresh”, “we”) is a cleaning company licensed in Dubai (DED licence 1010876). This policy explains what personal data we collect through thepinefresh.com, WhatsApp, phone and email, why we collect it, and your choices. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
Details about the cleaning you need: your community, type and size of home or premises, preferred dates and times, and any notes or photos you send.
Booking and service records, such as visit dates, access instructions and feedback.
Basic technical data when you visit the site, such as the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your cleaning.
To deliver the service, including giving your cleaner the access details they need.
To send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
To improve our service and understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.

We only contact you about your quote or booking unless you agree to hear about offers.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the Pine Fresh staff who need it to deliver your service, and with service providers who help us run the business (for example our website host, customer database and messaging tools), under suitable confidentiality terms. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, and booking and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires.
