How much does a part-time maid cost in Dubai?
With Pine Fresh, regular hourly cleaning is a flat AED 35 an hour using your own equipment, or AED 40 an hour if we bring ours. It's the same rate however many hours you book. A one-off clean is AED 40 an hour. Every visit has a 2-hour minimum.
What is the minimum booking?
Each visit is at least 2 hours. You can book as many visits a week as you like.
How many hours a week does my home need?
As a rough guide, a studio or 1-bedroom apartment takes 2 to 3 hours per visit, a 2-bedroom apartment 3 to 4 hours, and a 3-bedroom townhouse or villa 4 to 6 hours. We confirm the right number of hours when we quote.
Is this a live-in or full-time maid?
No. Pine Fresh cleaners are part-time and come to your home only for the hours you book, so you don't need to sponsor a visa, provide accommodation or handle any paperwork.
Will the same cleaner come every week?
We aim to send the same cleaner each week so they get to know your home and how you like things done. If your regular cleaner is on leave, we'll tell you in advance and send a trained replacement.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
It's your choice. We use your own equipment at AED 35 an hour, or bring ours for an extra AED 5 an hour (AED 40 in total).
Can I pause, skip or cancel my plan?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. You can pause while you're travelling, skip a week or stop your plan by letting us know in advance.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many of our customers are at work during their clean. You can leave a key or access card with building security or a concierge, or arrange access with us when you book.
Do you have any offers at the moment?
Yes. The first 50 regular cleaning contracts get 15% off. One per household, while places last.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
Our regular hourly cleaning covers Al Barsha, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, City Walk, Al Wasl, Al Safa, Sobha Hartland and Azizi Riviera.
