Booking and prices
What cleaning services does Pine Fresh offer?
We provide residential and commercial cleaning. For homes, that's regular hourly cleaning and one-off cleaning for apartments, townhouses and villas. For businesses, we clean offices, schools and shops on a schedule that suits you.
How much does cleaning cost?
For homes, regular hourly cleaning is a flat AED 35 an hour without materials, or AED 40 an hour with materials. A one-off clean is AED 40 an hour. Every visit has a 2-hour minimum. See every price. For offices, schools and shops, we visit your site for free and send a fixed monthly price in writing.
Do you have any offers at the moment?
Yes. We've just relaunched, so the first 50 regular cleaning contracts get 15% off. It's one per customer, while places last.
How can I pay?
We facilitate our customers by offering all modes of payment: online payment (card), cash and bank transfer. There's nothing to pay up front.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All our prices are subject to 5% VAT, which is added to your bill.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?
It's your choice. For regular home cleaning, we use your materials at AED 35 an hour, or bring ours for an extra AED 5 an hour. One-off cleans are AED 40 an hour. For businesses, materials and supplies are agreed in your written proposal.
How do I book a cleaner?

Our cleaners and your space
Is it legal to hire a part-time maid in Dubai?
Yes, as long as the cleaner works for a licensed company. Hiring someone on a freelance, visit or "own" visa to clean your home is illegal in the UAE, and households can face heavy fines. Pine Fresh cleaners are employed by our licensed company, so you're simply booking a service.
Are your cleaners vetted and trained?
Yes. Every Pine Fresh cleaner is vetted and trained before they join a customer's schedule, and they arrive in the lavender Pine Fresh uniform, so you, your staff and building security know who's at the door.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
No. Many customers are out during their clean, and many businesses prefer us before opening or after hours. You can leave a key or access card with security or a concierge, or arrange access with us when you book.
Will the same people clean each time?
Wherever possible, yes. On regular plans we keep the same people on your home or premises so they get to know it. If your cleaner is ill or on leave, we send trained cover and tell you in advance.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours, ideally with a photo, and we'll put it right. Questions and concerns go straight to our management team.
Can I pause or skip a week?
Yes. Let us know before your visit and we'll pause your plan while you travel.

Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We clean homes and businesses in Al Barsha, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, City Walk, Al Wasl, Al Safa, Sobha Hartland, Azizi Riviera.
Do prices change from one area to another?
No. The same prices apply in every area we serve, with no area surcharges.
I live just outside your areas. Can you still come?
Sometimes. Send us your community and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you reliably.
Commercial cleaning
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
We price every site after a free visit, then send a fixed monthly price in writing. See commercial cleaning.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes. We can clean early in the morning before you open, in the evening after you close, or at the weekend, so cleaning never gets in the way of your staff, pupils or customers.
Is there a minimum contract?
Your proposal sets out the contract length and notice period clearly before you agree to anything. One-off cleans don't need a contract at all.
Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, our team brings the cleaning products and equipment. If you'd like us to keep washroom consumables such as hand soap and paper towels stocked, we can add that to your plan.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and can share the certificate with you or your building management before we start.
Will we have the same cleaners each visit?
Wherever possible, yes. The same team gets to know your premises, your checklist and your building's access rules, and we send trained cover if someone is on leave.
Can you provide a tax invoice?
Yes. You receive one invoice each month, including VAT, that you can pass straight to your accounts team.
