A one-off clean covers the everyday jobs that make a home feel fresh, in a single visit. Choose a room to see what's included, and tell us your priorities when you book.
Kitchen
The room that works hardest gets the most attention, from the hob to the bins.

How much does a one-off clean cost in Dubai?
Pine Fresh charges AED 40 an hour for one-off cleaning, with a 2-hour minimum. As a guide, a studio or 1-bed apartment costs about AED 80 to 120, a 2-bed apartment AED 120 to 160, and a 3-bed apartment or townhouse AED 160 to 200.
How long does a one-off clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. A 1-bed apartment usually takes 2 to 3 hours, a 2-bed 3 to 4, and a 3-bed 4 to 5. If we send more than one cleaner, the job finishes sooner, but the total hours stay the same.
What is included in a one-off clean?
The kitchen and bathrooms, dusting in every room, beds made, floors vacuumed and mopped, and bins emptied. Extras like inside the fridge, inside cupboards or ironing can be added to your hours.
Can you clean an empty apartment before we move in or out?
Yes. An empty home is the easiest time to reach every cupboard, drawer and corner. Tell us it's empty when you book and we'll plan the hours around it.
What's the difference between a one-off clean and regular hourly cleaning?
A one-off clean is a single visit at AED 40 an hour. Regular hourly cleaning brings the same cleaner back on your chosen days for AED 35 an hour, using your equipment.
How can I pay?
We facilitate our customers by offering all modes of payment: online payment (card), cash and bank transfer. There's nothing to pay up front.
Do you bring cleaning materials and equipment?
Just let us know when you book. We can bring cleaning materials and equipment, or use your own products if you prefer.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not for the whole time. Many customers let us in, head out, and come back for a quick walk-through at the end so they can point out anything they'd like touched up.
Do you offer sofa, carpet or mattress steam cleaning?
Not at the moment. We vacuum sofas, rugs and mattresses, but we don't currently offer steam or shampoo cleaning.
