These terms apply to cleaning services booked with Pine Fresh Cleaning Services L.L.C (DED licence 1010876). By booking, you agree to them.
Quotes and prices
- Home cleaning is charged by the hour at the rates published on our prices page at the time you book. Every visit has a 2-hour minimum.
- All prices are subject to 5% VAT.
- Regular hourly cleaning uses your equipment and products unless you choose for us to bring ours, which adds AED 5 an hour.
- One-off cleaning hours are estimated before we start. If a job needs more time than estimated, we'll ask you before continuing.
- Commercial cleaning is priced in a written proposal after a site visit, and the proposal's terms apply.
Launch offer
The first 50 regular cleaning contracts get 15% off, one per household, while places last. It applies while your regular plan continues and can't be combined with other offers.
Bookings, changes and cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel, skip or reschedule a visit. [Notice period and any late-cancellation charge to be confirmed by Pine Fresh.]
Access and safety
- Please make sure our cleaner can get in at the booked time, and let us know about building access rules, pets and anything fragile or valuable.
- Our cleaners don't work at height beyond a step ladder, move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
If something isn't right
Tell us within 24 hours of your clean, with photos if possible, and we'll arrange to put it right. If anything is damaged, report it within 24 hours so we can look into it.
Payment
We facilitate our customers by offering all modes of payment: online payment (card), cash and bank transfer. [Payment timing to be confirmed by Pine Fresh.]
