How much does a cleaner cost in Azizi Riviera?
Regular hourly cleaning with Pine Fresh is a flat AED 35 an hour, however many hours you book, using your own cleaning equipment. If you'd like us to bring ours, add AED 5 an hour. A one-off clean is AED 40 an hour. A one-off clean of a studio or 1-bed usually comes to about AED 80 to 120. Every visit has a 2-hour minimum.

Is Azizi Riviera in Meydan?
Yes. Azizi Riviera is part of Meydan One in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, close to Meydan Racecourse, with access from Meydan Road and Al Khail Road.
How many hours does a Riviera studio need?
As a guide, a studio needs about 2 hours a visit, a 1-bed 2 to 3 hours and a 2-bed 3 to 4 hours. Most studios and 1-beds book one visit a week. We confirm the right hours for your home when we quote.
Can you clean my new apartment before I move in?
Yes, and it's one of the most common requests in Riviera, because buildings have been handing over phase by phase. New handovers leave construction dust on ledges, in cupboards and in AC vents. A studio or 1-bed one-off clean usually takes about 2 to 3 hours.
I let my apartment. Can you clean between tenants?
Yes. We can do a one-off clean at AED 40 an hour between tenants or before new guests arrive. Send us your building, the date and the size of the apartment, and we'll check availability.
Can you clean while I'm at work?
Yes. Many residents leave a key or access card with reception or security while we clean. Tell us how your building handles visitors when you book, and we'll share your cleaner's details in advance.
Do you clean windows and balcony glass?
We clean the inside of windows, glass balcony doors, mirrors and shower screens as part of your visit, and sweep and wipe the balcony. We don't clean the outside of windows above ground level.
Is it legal to book a part-time maid in Azizi Riviera?
Yes, as long as the cleaner works for a licensed company. Hiring someone on a freelance, visit or "own" visa is illegal in the UAE, and households can face heavy fines. Pine Fresh cleaners are employed by our licensed company, so you're simply booking a service.
Do you bring cleaning materials and equipment?
