Regular yet flexible: weekly, monthly or annual arrangements with the same trained cleaner on your chosen days, without employing a domestic worker yourself.

What does residential cleaning include?
Regular hourly cleaning covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas on every visit. A one-off clean covers the same everyday jobs in a single visit, and you can add extras like inside the fridge, inside cupboards or ironing.
How much does apartment cleaning cost in Dubai?
With Pine Fresh, regular hourly cleaning is a flat AED 35 an hour using your equipment (AED 40 if we bring ours), and a one-off clean is AED 40 an hour. Every visit has a 2-hour minimum. A 2-bed apartment usually needs 3 to 4 hours a visit.
Do you clean villas and townhouses?
Yes. We clean apartments, townhouses and villas. Larger homes usually suit longer or more frequent visits, or a one-off clean with more than one cleaner so the job finishes sooner.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
It's up to you. For regular hourly cleaning, we can use your own products and equipment at AED 35 an hour, or bring ours for AED 40 an hour. One-off cleans are AED 40 an hour. Tell us when you book.
How can I pay?
We facilitate our customers by offering all modes of payment: online payment (card), cash and bank transfer. There's nothing to pay up front.
Can I book fortnightly or monthly cleaning?
Our plans are built around weekly visits, because that keeps the same cleaner on your home. If you need something different, tell us and we'll quote for it.
Is it legal to hire a part-time cleaner in Dubai?
Yes, when the cleaner is employed by a licensed cleaning company. Pine Fresh Cleaning Services L.L.C holds Dubai DED licence no. 1010876, and every cleaner is our employee, so there's no visa, sponsorship or paperwork for you.
