How much does shop cleaning cost in Dubai?
It depends on your floor area and layout, how much glass and display space you have, how often we clean and when. We price every shop after a free site visit and send a fixed monthly price in writing.
Can you clean inside a mall before opening?
Yes. We work within your mall's access rules and can arrange early entry with mall security, or clean in the after-hours window most malls allow.
Will you move our stock?
No. We clean around your stock and displays and never rearrange them. If a cabinet needs cleaning inside, we do it when you've emptied it.
Do you do pre-opening cleans for new shops?
Yes. We can clean a new shop before launch, removing fit-out dust from shelves, glass and floors, then start regular cleaning the same week. We don't take on heavy post-construction cleaning.
Is there a minimum contract?
Your proposal sets out the contract length and notice period clearly before you agree to anything. One-off cleans don't need a contract at all.
Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, our team brings the cleaning products and equipment. If you'd like us to keep washroom consumables such as hand soap and paper towels stocked, we can add that to your plan.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and can share the certificate with you or your building management before we start.
Will we have the same cleaners each visit?
Wherever possible, yes. The same team gets to know your premises, your checklist and your building's access rules, and we send trained cover if someone is on leave.
Can you provide a tax invoice?
Yes. You receive one invoice each month, including VAT, that you can pass straight to your accounts team.
